got back from 1st Windrock Adventure...WOW! Well we Survived!!!!!
I can not think of a Happier moment in my life since the birth of my son or
the day I married my wife! This was THE MOST Fun I have EVER had on a
vacation!
This place is all that it is made out to be and more! We stayed @ Windrock
campground (Greg and the people there are GREAT by the way!) and were quite
happy with the place. We were next to a club from Florida and they were also
very nice. Was a little late getting in Friday nite
so I hope we didnt disturb anyone getting the camper
set to sleep.
!st day we finished getting camp in order and the
women made us go to Piegon
Fordge
for the 2nd part of the day....said we would waist a day permit for only half
a day of ride and they wanted to go ride go-garts
and bumper boats and do some shopping ....BUMMER!
2nd day we hit the trail about 8:30 our time and rode
till around 1pm. we had my nephew Szuki 80 go down and had to drag him back to camp to work
on it and do a little BRAKE adjusting.
Rode hard the next 2 days and covered alot of ground
but only hit the surface of the place. We kept it simple due to having the
wife ( who is still skiddish) and 2 youngsters
with us so we stayed on G-1,2,5,6,...T-35, 22, 4, and a few I cant remember.
All in all we had a GREAT TIME and my B.I.L. are
already planning a return trip for just us.
